The brief

What the client needed

The NSW Government is redeveloping Penrith Stadium to support Western Sydney's growing population, with better seating, sightlines and amenities for Penrith Panthers fans, flexible spaces for events, and community spaces on the adjacent training fields.

What we did

Scope and delivery

  • Two new grandstands, with the western grandstand topped out in June 2026
  • Player facilities, media and broadcast spaces, corporate suites and function areas
  • Two LED scoreboards, each 19 m wide and 8.6 m high
  • Public domain works, including landscaping, footpaths and fencing

Roof modules 24 metres long are assembled at ground level before being lifted into place, reducing work at height and enabling a safer, more precise installation.

The outcome

Why it matters

A live example of John Holland delivering a major stadium for a growing region, with the same team and methods as Allianz Stadium.
