What the client needed
Venues NSW needed a premium members' facility to replace the one demolished for the new stadium, built on the same program and integrated with the stadium's services.
What we did
Scope and delivery
- Two swimming pools, spa, gymnasiums, squash courts and virtual golf
- Café, child minding and a day spa
- Building services connected to the stadium's power, chilled water, fire, rainwater, ICT and security
- LEED Gold, informed by facade and pool energy modelling
The outcome
Why it matters
The same project director led the stadium and the club, so two programs ran as one and the client had one team to deal with.
